CPM Acquired by redbadge studios
We’ve just been acquired by redbadge studios! What does this mean for CPM? It means we can think BIG. redbadge studios acquisition of the CPM design and development firm will double the digital agency’s capacity.
CPM employees will begin working with redbadge’s digital arm immediately. Financial terms weren’t disclosed, but redbadge spokeswoman Scarlett Hastings said in an e-mail to MMHC that the acquisition will mean a “significant” boost to the company’s annual revenue.
redbadge/hfc CEO Henry Fleming said in a release that the acquisition comes as client demand for digital work continues to increase. “It’s an integrated part of virtually every campaign we create,” he said. “We are thrilled to be able to double our capacity in this area. CPM is a natural fit as they complement our team, and we already have a great working relationship.”
CPM is led by owner Fred Klumpp. The company has five additional employees and two full-time contractors and plans call for the entire staff to move into redbadge/hfc’s infrastructure.
